Holistic Lifestyle Coaching addresses the same factors in Get Healthy Now but looks into greater detail at the physiological imbalances and it’s metaphysical correlations. This enables you to be guided forward, addressing roadblocks and themes that are sabotaging your health and life. Mental, emotional and spiritual health is also the key focus, propelling you to live a joy-filled, purposeful life.
